1. General Terms

This document governs the use of all services offered by conceptwares.org. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Accommodation Services

2.1. Reservations

• Reservations can be made via phone, our website, or directly at the facility.
• Providing accurate personal information is necessary to confirm your booking.
• Reservations are secured only after deposit payment.

2.2. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
• Check-out is required by 11:00 AM.
• Extensions must be approved in advance.
• A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.

2.3. Payment

• We accept payments by cash or credit/debit card.
• Prices are inclusive of all taxes.
• Additional services will be billed separately according to the current price list.

3. Gaming Area Policies

3.1. Entry Requirements

• Access is permitted exclusively to guests aged 18 and over.
• Valid age verification is mandatory.
• Dress code is smart casual.
• Intoxicated individuals will be refused entry.

3.2. Operating Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Friday and Saturday: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• Sunday: 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM

3.3. Conduct Rules

• Responsible and respectful gaming is required at all times.
• Please be aware that gaming can be addictive; we urge you to play responsibly.
• Decisions by dealers and management are final.
• Our venue is monitored by surveillance cameras for security.

4. Dining and Bar Services

• Advance table reservations are recommended, especially during weekends.
• Guests are expected to adhere to an elegant dress code.
• Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests aged 18 and older.
• Menus and prices may change without prior notice.

5. Wellness & Spa Facilities

• Treatments require prior appointment.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• Sauna and jacuzzi access is limited to guests aged 18 and older.
• Silence and discretion must be observed in all relaxation areas.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Full refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours before arrival.
• 50% refund for cancellations between 24 and 72 hours before arrival.
• No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before arrival.
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

7. Liability

• conceptwares.org is not liable for valuables left unattended in guest rooms.
• Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes.
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property.
• Service may be denied to guests violating policies.

8. Complaints

• Complaints can be submitted at reception or by email at support@conceptwares.org.
• We aim to respond within 14 business days.

9. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

10. Final Provisions

• These terms come into effect upon publication.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
• Disputes will be settled under applicable civil laws.
• Legal jurisdiction is assigned to the court of our registered address.
